We want you to love every fragrance you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), all sales are final once opened or used.
However, we accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective, or

• You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging, and

• Returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at sunnyjain75@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name and order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used fragrance

• Gift cards or promotional items

• Sale or clearance products

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily replace it with the same product.

7. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
