We’re committed to delivering your fragrance quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read below for details about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If there’s any delay due to stock availability or high demand, we’ll notify you via email immediately.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us at sunnyjain75@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Locations

Currently, FragranceFocus ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to most P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping methods. Express shipping is not available for P.O. boxes.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your fragrance safely.
However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and
Provide your order number and photos (if damaged).

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
